Prohibited use
Do not use SendArq for impersonation, deception, unlawful content, malware, abusive tracking, infringement, or attempts to bypass tenant, upload, redirect, rate-limit, or access controls. Do not upload files other than the supported static PNG or JPEG image types.
Your content
You must have the right to use the names, contact details, brand marks, images, destinations, and notices included in a signature. You must not use the service to mislead recipients about your identity or authority.
Enforcement
We may restrict access, disable affected assets or links, or remove content when needed to protect users, the service, or the public. We will use a proportionate, workspace-scoped response where practical.
