Compatibility

Gmail first, with evidence before promises.

Last reviewed August 15, 2026. SendArq treats preview, clipboard, Gmail editor, sent message, and recipient rendering as separate proof layers.

Supported install path

Gmail on the web

SendArq uses a guided copy-and-paste installation path. Published output contains email-safe HTML, complete plain text, absolute HTTPS media, and no script.

  • Manual Gmail Web installation
  • Current desktop browser workflow
  • Images-blocked fallback
  • Reinstallation state after publication

Broad client support

Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail mobile, native mobile clients, centralized Google Workspace deployment, and Microsoft 365 deployment remain outside the current compatibility claim.

These may work in part, but unverified behavior is not presented as support.

Support matrix

What SendArq supports today

Client versions are recorded only after a practical send-and-receive evidence run. The table therefore names the service tier and boundary without inventing version coverage.

Why the caution?

Email clients rewrite HTML differently.

A signature that looks correct in a browser can change when copied, pasted, sent, or received. The release compatibility gate must reconcile each layer with dated artifacts before the claim expands.
