The service
SendArq is a free hosted service for creating, publishing, and manually installing structured email signatures. It is not a source download, self-hosting offering, email-administration platform, or universal email-client service. No payment method, paid overage path, or contractual uptime SLA is offered at this time.
Accounts
You must use a Google account you are authorized to use and keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity taken through your workspace and for keeping access to your Google account secure. We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, its users, or the public.
Your content
You remain responsible for the accuracy of names, claims, contact information, links, notices, and images you submit. Upload only material you have the right to use. SendArq processes that content to build, preview, publish, export, and install the signature you request. See the Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited use.
Availability and compatibility
SendArq's supported installation path is manual Gmail Web installation in a current desktop browser. Other email clients may rewrite HTML, block images, recolor content, or behave differently. We do not promise centralized Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 deployment, mailbox access, or identical rendering in every client. Keep independent copies of important business information.
Changes
We may change or discontinue features to protect the service or improve it. Material updates to these terms will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised terms.
